Water meters are read monthly by BCRWA.  A meter reader drives down your road and the reads are transferred to the truck using radio frequency. These readings are then sent to the office. Once in the office, a report is generated to see customers that have either really high or low usage compared to their normal readings. The meter reader then manually goes out to check those of concern.
