Is there a deposit required for renters?
Prior to receiving service, a water customer who is a non-owner of the premises or is purchasing on land contract shall pay a deposit of $100. Such deposit shall be held by the Association without interest as a security for non-payment on water bills, turn on expenses, damage to meter, penalties, and such other fees or charges that may become due to the Association by the water user. This deposit may be waived in writing by the owner. If the deposit is waived the owner would be responsible for all unpaid bills.
